U13&U14 Scotland team - boys from various clubs joining together
The Sunday - Cup of Nations - the sun was out and the sky was blue
Doug chose to play for Scotland - he wasn't so keen on the purple strip!
The boys got through to the final
think I have gone mad, or maybe its the mud!
what a hideous shirt I am wearing, but it was a Centaurs supporters shirt - NOT my colour, but stilll!
who was the sensible one in wellies - Corinna had been riding earlier and came prepared!
The best way to get about was in bare feet - easy to wash and didn't make the mud splatter up your back!
once they had got through to the plate & semi we went back over to the Polo Club - the Field had much better drainage, but still looked like a mud bath!
you can see the puddles and the rain!
Oh what a lovely sight - can't taste too good either - boys loved it, although there was no grip on the ground and the ball just died .
The Centaurs Rugby Tournament was held at the Singapore Polo Club apart from the U14's which was held at St Josephs Intl School which had absolutely NO drainage. The heavens opened and fat rain was in abundance - the boys were all the same colour - brown with deep muddy puddles everywhere!
