Corinna gets Gold for her GCSE's

Looks like its fizzy apple juice for Archie, but he did learn how to open a bottle of champagne!

After her final day helping at the Youth Olympic Games Corinna finally came home to find her GCSE results and we were all over the moon, she surpassed all our expectations. She can take the A Levels she hoped for having gained Geography A*, Chemistry A and Biology A, in total 10 GCSE's, bring on the bubbles.

First Day of Term - August 26th 2010

Doug is at the bottom of the slope!

The school are changing the term dates to be more in line with the other Internationl Schools here in Singapore, the kids had to go back to school on 26th August after a 6 week summer break.

Is Guada getting smaller, or is she feeding the kids too much. Archie is now in the Senior school, with long trousers!

Ian, Andrea, Alex and Libby came to stay for a couple of nights while I was still in the UK with the kids. Guada, Niall and Jet looked after them for a couple of days and then they went off to Malaysia for just over a week, came back to Singapore and stayed with us for a week of fun and madness.

Four Poster Bed

playing with drapery, it softens it a little. So pleased with our 4 posts

Time for a new bedbase, our last one having broken its back in the middle of the night.

We had a four poster made to fit our Tempur mattress, made of Teak from Bali, or probably Java,we love it.

Trip to London

We went to see War Horse with Mummy - amazing puppetry, seen nothing like it, so lifelike.

Had a nose around Covent Garden before the theatre.
