Visitors - Julia and food

We were thrilled to be able to have our first visitor - Julia came out to stay with an old school friend of hers and managed to spare some time to come and see us - she was determined to have a cocktail in the pool and explore the more ethnic areas of Singapore -We had great fun looking around Little India and China Town, and food just happened to feature, including Jack Fruit, Banana Fritters, yummy chinese, and some indian, made even more tastier by eating it with our hands off banana leaves.
The photo in the pool drinking cocktails is not for general circulation, ask Julia, I am sure she will show you.

We had a great time, and Julia wa game to try.

Dear Sarah
All well here. Life looks really busy for you. Was thinking of you the other day - as Shop til you Drop is coming up this weekend! Saw Tonia last week and she seems well.
Molly and Jack are on good form. Watched Jack to a GSCE assessment in Drama last week were he had to do a Manchester accent. When he first started rehearsals it was a cross between a irsih and asian accent. Fortunately it got better by the time of the assessment. Molly had parents evening last week which was fine except not surprisingly she is a bit of a chatterbox apparently. Tell me something i don't know. She is not impressed this week as she has to have her 2nd cervical cancer immunisation at school.I have started my new job which I am LOVING - term time only which is fab.Take care. Tracy x
